Alcalde advierte sanciones a empresas que invadan el espacio p\u00fablico sin permisos<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n

A trav\u00e9s de redes sociales, el alcalde de Quer\u00e9taro<\/span><\/span>, Felifer Mac\u00edas<\/span><\/span>, inform\u00f3 sobre el retiro de anuncios espectaculares y estructuras irregulares<\/strong> como parte del operativo #PlanOrden<\/strong>, con el objetivo de recuperar espacios p\u00fablicos y evitar riesgos.<\/p>\n

En el video compartido, el edil destac\u00f3 que estas acciones buscan frenar pr\u00e1cticas ilegales por parte de empresas y desarrollos inmobiliarios que colocan publicidad sin autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

\u201cEl #PlanOrden sigue llegando a todos los rincones de la ciudad. Estamos retirando anuncios y estructuras irregulares que invaden el espacio p\u00fablico, generan contaminaci\u00f3n visual y no cuentan con permisos<\/strong>\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Se\u00f1alan riesgos y falta de permisos<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

Durante su mensaje, Mac\u00edas subray\u00f3 que estas estructuras no solo incumplen la normativa, sino que tambi\u00e9n pueden afectar la movilidad.<\/p>\n

\u201cEsto adem\u00e1s de ser contaminaci\u00f3n visual, puede tambi\u00e9n afectar en la se\u00f1al\u00e9tica de movilidad\u2026 nadie tiene derecho de apropiarse de un espacio p\u00fablico<\/strong>\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, advirti\u00f3 que no habr\u00e1 excepciones:<\/p>\n

\u201cSeguimos poniendo orden y no importa qu\u00e9 negocio, empresa o comercio es<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Retiran gallardetes y espectaculares<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

El alcalde tambi\u00e9n inform\u00f3 que se est\u00e1n retirando gallardetes<\/strong>, los cuales actualmente est\u00e1n prohibidos, as\u00ed como estructuras de gran tama\u00f1o colocadas sin licencia.<\/p>\n

\u201cHoy los gallardetes est\u00e1n prohibidos\u2026 vamos a retirar otra estructura enorme que alguien coloc\u00f3 sin ning\u00fan permiso<\/strong>\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Finalmente, el edil hizo un llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n a denunciar anuncios irregulares<\/strong>, con el fin de reforzar las inspecciones por parte de la autoridad municipal.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi t\u00fa pusiste un anuncio de manera irregular, lo vamos a retirar\u2026 te pedimos que colabores con nosotros<\/strong>\u201d, advirti\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Las denuncias pueden canalizarse a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano, instancia encargada de inspeccionar y, en su caso, aplicar sanciones conforme a la ley.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
