data-end=\"347\">suspensi\u00f3n de una cl\u00ednica m\u00e9dica ubicada en Pasteur Sur<\/strong>, en <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Quer\u00e9taro<\/span><\/span>, luego de que durante una verificaci\u00f3n sanitaria se detectaran <strong data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"497\">diversas irregularidades en su operaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"500\" data-end=\"768\">La inspecci\u00f3n fue realizada por la Direcci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n contra Riesgos Sanitarios, la cual identific\u00f3 que el establecimiento <strong data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"676\">no contaba con todos los permisos necesarios<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de presentar <strong data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"767\">deficiencias estructurales y posibles fallas en su funcionamiento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"770\" data-end=\"1026\">P\u00e9rez Rend\u00f3n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, debido a que el caso se encuentra en proceso de investigaci\u00f3n, <strong data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"907\">no es posible revelar a detalle los hallazgos<\/strong>, ya que intervienen distintas data-start=\"1028\" data-end=\"1188\">Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que <strong data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1119\">no se pudo confirmar si el personal contaba con c\u00e9dula profesional<\/strong>, lo que tambi\u00e9n forma parte de las l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n en curso.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1425\">El caso involucra adem\u00e1s la participaci\u00f3n de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Protecci\u00f3n Civil<\/span><\/span> y de la <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/span><\/span>, autoridades que determinar\u00e1n las acciones adicionales y si el establecimiento podr\u00e1 reanudar operaciones.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1675\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Cabe se\u00f1alar que esta cl\u00ednica es el lugar donde <strong data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1595\">falleci\u00f3 el titular de Protecci\u00f3n Civil del municipio de <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Huimilpan<\/span><\/span> el pasado 17 de marzo<\/strong>, hecho que deton\u00f3 la revisi\u00f3n sanitaria y el proceso de
