<strong data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"572\">pate\u00f3 en el rostro a una manifestante<\/strong> en la capital queretana.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"599\" data-end=\"804\">El funcionario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la <strong data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"703\">Fiscal\u00eda se mantendr\u00e1 atenta a cualquier denuncia que pueda presentarse<\/strong> por estos hechos, con el objetivo de iniciar las directamente a la fiscal\u00eda especializada<\/strong>\u201d, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1357\">El fiscal explic\u00f3 que, <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1179\">en caso de formalizarse una denuncia<\/strong>, se abrir\u00e1 una <strong data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1223\">carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y se actuar\u00e1 <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1289\">con celeridad y bajo los protocolos establecidos<\/strong>, incluyendo la <strong data-start=\"1305\" data-end=\"1330\">perspectiva de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> para la atenci\u00f3n del caso.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1628\">Asimismo, detall\u00f3 que, de iniciarse el procedimiento, <strong data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1464\">se buscar\u00e1 identificar a la persona responsable<\/strong>, y el expediente ser\u00e1 turnado a la <strong data-start=\"1500\" data-end=\"1526\">fiscal\u00eda especializada<\/strong>, donde se llevar\u00e1n a cabo las investigaciones para determinar las responsabilidades correspondientes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1836\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, reiter\u00f3 que la instituci\u00f3n <strong data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1835\">aplicar\u00e1 los protocolos legales vigentes para proteger a las v\u00edctimas y garantizar que cualquier acto de violencia
