En caso de detectarse cobros indebidos, las unidades podr\u00e1n ser <strong data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1347\">multadas<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1374\">remitidas al corral\u00f3n<\/strong> e incluso enfrentar el <strong data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1424\">retiro de la concesi\u00f3n<\/strong>, como parte de las medidas previstas para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"2036\">En este contexto, la AMEQ precis\u00f3 que la <strong data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1593\">tarifa preferente de 2 pesos<\/strong> se aplica <strong data-start=\"1604\" data-end=\"1686\">\u00fanicamente mediante el uso de la tarjeta de prepago del programa Tarifa Unidos<\/strong>, la cual est\u00e1 dirigida a <strong data-start=\"1712\" data-end=\"1837\">estudiantes, personas adultas mayores, personas con discapacidad permanente y personal que brinda servicio a la comunidad<\/strong>. La dependencia reiter\u00f3 que las personas que pertenezcan a estos sectores pueden <strong data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"1968\">acudir a los m\u00f3dulos instalados en la entidad<\/strong> con la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente para acceder a este beneficio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2399\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, la Agencia de Movilidad del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de <strong data-start=\"2124\" data-end=\"2162\">actuar con estricto apego a la ley<\/strong>, garantizando un <strong data-start=\"2180\" data-end=\"2243\">servicio de transporte p\u00fablico justo, seguro y transparente<\/strong>, y colocando a la <strong data-start=\"2262\" data-end=\"2307\">ciudadan\u00eda en el centro de las decisiones<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de <strong data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2398\">fortalecer la movilidad y el bienestar de las familias
