{"id":95399,"date":"2026-01-09T17:59:34","date_gmt":"2026-01-09T17:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/?p=95399"},"modified":"2026-01-09T18:00:14","modified_gmt":"2026-01-09T18:00:14","slug":"la-uaq-desarrolla-chip-que-podria-mejorar-tratamientos-contra-infartos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/la-uaq-desarrolla-chip-que-podria-mejorar-tratamientos-contra-infartos\/","title":{"rendered":"La UAQ desarrolla chip que podr\u00eda mejorar tratamientos contra infartos"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"285\"><strong><em data-start=\"107\" data-end=\"285\">La plataforma biom\u00e9dica permitir\u00e1 analizar la respuesta del tejido cardiaco ante f\u00e1rmacos y biomateriales, con miras a mejorar diagn\u00f3sticos y terapias en pacientes con isquemia<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"883\">La <strong data-start=\"290\" data-end=\"333\">Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Quer\u00e9taro (UAQ)<\/strong>, en colaboraci\u00f3n con el <strong data-start=\"358\" data-end=\"386\">Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey<\/strong> y el <strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"449\">Laboratorio Nacional de Micro y Nanoflu\u00eddica (LabMyN)<\/strong>, avanza en el dise\u00f1o de una <strong data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"523\">plataforma biom\u00e9dica tipo organ-on-a-chip<\/strong>, enfocada en el estudio de la respuesta del <strong data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"587\">tejido cardiaco<\/strong> frente a nuevos f\u00e1rmacos y biomateriales. Este desarrollo representa un paso relevante hacia la <strong data-start=\"684\" data-end=\"709\">medicina de precisi\u00f3n<\/strong>, al abrir la posibilidad de generar <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"779\">diagn\u00f3sticos individualizados<\/strong> que contribuyan a optimizar la recuperaci\u00f3n de pacientes con padecimientos asociados a la <strong data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"882\">isquemia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1395\">El dispositivo, impulsado desde la <strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"951\">Facultad de Ingenier\u00eda (FI)<\/strong>, permitir\u00e1 recrear en laboratorio condiciones similares a las que enfrenta el coraz\u00f3n cuando <strong data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1072\">deja de recibir ox\u00edgeno<\/strong>, lo que facilita observar de manera controlada y precisa el comportamiento de las c\u00e9lulas da\u00f1adas ante distintos procedimientos terap\u00e9uticos. Tonantzi P\u00e9rez Moreno<\/strong>, quien explic\u00f3 que esta tecnolog\u00eda <strong data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1587\">no sustituye los procesos tradicionales de evaluaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, pero s\u00ed funciona como una <strong data-start=\"1615\" data-end=\"1641\">herramienta intermedia<\/strong> que acelera la validaci\u00f3n de materiales y sustancias en laboratorio. Destac\u00f3 que uno de los principales aportes del proyecto es la posibilidad de <strong data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"1843\">monitorear el comportamiento celular en tiempo real<\/strong>, lo que otorga un valor diferencial frente a m\u00e9todos convencionales y fortalece la toma de decisiones cient\u00edficas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1960\" data-end=\"2445\">El proyecto integra la participaci\u00f3n de <strong data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2039\">estudiantes de diversas disciplinas<\/strong>, entre ellas biomedicina, nanotecnolog\u00eda, electroqu\u00edmica y biolog\u00eda, lo que ha permitido enriquecer el desarrollo desde m\u00faltiples perspectivas. Este enfoque interdisciplinario ha favorecido la construcci\u00f3n de un prototipo con <strong data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2351\">aplicaciones potenciales en la investigaci\u00f3n aplicada y la medicina personalizada<\/strong>, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de la <strong data-start=\"2377\" data-end=\"2406\">Dra. Janet Ledesma Garc\u00eda<\/strong> y el <strong data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2444\">Dr. J. Gabriel Luna B\u00e1rcenas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2984\">Actualmente, la investigaci\u00f3n se encuentra en una <strong data-start=\"2497\" data-end=\"2525\">fase de desarrollo clave<\/strong>, centrada en la generaci\u00f3n del receptor de datos y en las pruebas de la membrana que permitir\u00e1 obtener <strong data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2682\">estructuras tridimensionales de c\u00e9lulas card\u00edacas<\/strong>. Esta sinergia interinstitucional permite perfeccionar tanto el chip como los biomateriales que lo conforman, y subraya la relevancia de la <strong data-start=\"3357\" data-end=\"3383\">colaboraci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica<\/strong> para enfrentar retos actuales en la <strong data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3448\">administraci\u00f3n sanitaria<\/strong> mediante soluciones innovadoras.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3483\" data-end=\"3951\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, la <strong data-start=\"3498\" data-end=\"3520\">Mtra. P\u00e9rez Moreno<\/strong> destac\u00f3 la importancia de que la UAQ participe en este tipo de iniciativas, al considerar que la Alma Mater queretana es un espacio donde <strong data-start=\"3659\" data-end=\"3688\">convergen ideas creativas<\/strong> impulsadas por estudiantes, docentes y especialistas de distintas \u00e1reas.
