El sujeto fue captado en video mientras sustra\u00eda plantas propiedad del Municipio de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

El Municipio de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que un hombre fue sancionado con 36 horas de arresto<\/strong> luego de ser captado en un video, difundido en redes sociales, donde presuntamente sustra\u00eda flores de nochebuena<\/strong> pertenecientes al patrimonio municipal. El hecho ocurri\u00f3 la noche del 30 de noviembre<\/strong> en la calle Independencia, a un costado del Templo de la Cruz<\/strong>, en el Centro Hist\u00f3rico de la capital.<\/p>\n

El individuo, quien viajaba en un Chevrolet Chevy negro<\/strong>, fue detenido tras desobedecer indicaciones de la autoridad y posteriormente puesto a disposici\u00f3n de los Juzgados C\u00edvicos<\/strong>. Durante el procedimiento, se determin\u00f3 imponerle la sanci\u00f3n m\u00e1xima<\/strong> establecida en el art\u00edculo 31, fracci\u00f3n XVII del Reglamento de Justicia C\u00edvica<\/strong>, al estar relacionado con el robo de material vegetal utilizado en la decoraci\u00f3n navide\u00f1a<\/strong> de la ciudad.<\/p>\n

El gobierno municipal destac\u00f3 que este tipo de conductas afectan el orden y el cuidado del espacio p\u00fablico, especialmente en esta temporada decembrina, cuando miles de familias visitan el Centro Hist\u00f3rico para apreciar la iluminaci\u00f3n y las actividades festivas. En ese sentido, refrend\u00f3 su compromiso de mantener vigilancia y aplicar las sanciones correspondientes a quienes da\u00f1en o sustraigan bienes municipales.<\/p>\n
