El juez determin\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y tres meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria por los hechos registrados en septiembre de 2024.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (FGEQ)<\/strong> obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso<\/strong> de un hombre por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa<\/strong>, derivado del ataque armado registrado el 6 de septiembre de 2024<\/strong> en inmediaciones del Parque Industrial Balvanera<\/strong>, en el municipio de Corregidora.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, ese d\u00eda se recibi\u00f3 un reporte de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Corregidora<\/strong> por detonaciones de arma de fuego<\/strong> en la zona. Al arribar, personal policial y pericial inici\u00f3 las diligencias correspondientes para el esclarecimiento del hecho, en el que un empresario y uno de sus escoltas resultaron heridos<\/strong> luego de ser interceptados por varias camionetas cuyos ocupantes abrieron fuego con armas largas.<\/p>\n

Testimonios y videos difundidos en redes sociales mostraron el momento del intercambio de disparos en la zona de Lomas de Balvanera<\/strong>, donde los escoltas repelieron la agresi\u00f3n. Tras el ataque, los agresores huyeron y abandonaron una camioneta Infiniti<\/strong> en la avenida Rivera del R\u00edo, en cuyo interior se localiz\u00f3 parte del armamento utilizado. El empresario herido fue trasladado en una camioneta Rolls-Royce<\/strong> a un hospital privado, el cual qued\u00f3 bajo resguardo de fuerzas estatales y federales por riesgo de un segundo ataque.<\/p>\n

Como resultado de los primeros actos de investigaci\u00f3n \u2014entre ellos an\u00e1lisis bal\u00edstico, entrevistas y recolecci\u00f3n de indicios\u2014 la Fiscal\u00eda obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra un posible implicado, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial.<\/p>\n

Durante la audiencia de continuaci\u00f3n, la defensa del imputado present\u00f3 medios de prueba para solicitar la no vinculaci\u00f3n; sin embargo, tras el an\u00e1lisis de los datos aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda, el juez resolvi\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso por dos hechos de tentativa de homicidio<\/strong>, al considerar que exist\u00edan elementos suficientes sobre su probable intervenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

El juez tambi\u00e9n impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong>, al acreditarse la falta de arraigo<\/strong>, as\u00ed como los riesgos para la comunidad y para el desarrollo de la investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se determin\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses<\/strong> para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La Fiscal\u00eda de Quer\u00e9taro afirm\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 con las indagatorias para esclarecer totalmente los hechos<\/strong> y dar continuidad al ejercicio de la acci\u00f3n penal contra los responsables del ataque.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
