La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que Jonathan \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> fue vinculado a proceso<\/strong> por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de robo calificado agravado<\/strong>, tras un asalto registrado el pasado 4 de noviembre de 2025<\/strong> en una joyer\u00eda ubicada en Plaza La Victoria<\/strong>, en la capital queretana.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con las investigaciones, el imputado ingres\u00f3 al establecimiento acompa\u00f1ado de otros sujetos y, portando un arma de fuego hechiza<\/strong>, se apoder\u00f3 de diversos art\u00edculos.<\/p>\n

Gracias a la reacci\u00f3n inmediata de elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, el hombre fue detenido y puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

El lugar de los hechos y el arma asegurada fueron procesados por personal pericial de la Fiscal\u00eda, con el objetivo de recolectar indicios que fortalezcan la investigaci\u00f3n ministerial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Durante la audiencia inicial<\/strong>, el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 como legal la detenci\u00f3n<\/strong> y resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso<\/strong> al imputado, imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong> y otorgando un plazo de dos meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La Fiscal\u00eda reiter\u00f3 que las investigaciones continuar\u00e1n<\/strong> hasta lograr el total esclarecimiento de los hechos<\/strong> y determinar las responsabilidades correspondientes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
