{"id":91907,"date":"2025-10-28T00:24:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T00:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/?p=91907"},"modified":"2025-10-28T00:24:00","modified_gmt":"2025-10-28T00:24:00","slug":"tres-mujeres-venezolanas-bajo-investigacion-por-fraude-millonario-en-el-campanario-queretaro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/tres-mujeres-venezolanas-bajo-investigacion-por-fraude-millonario-en-el-campanario-queretaro\/","title":{"rendered":"Tres mujeres venezolanas bajo investigaci\u00f3n por fraude millonario en El Campanario, Quer\u00e9taro"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"394\"><strong><em>La imputada habr\u00eda recibido joyas, relojes de lujo y dinero en efectivo obtenidos mediante enga\u00f1os telef\u00f3nicos<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"394\"><strong data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"136\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong> inform\u00f3 la <strong data-start=\"148\" data-end=\"173\">vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso<\/strong> de una mujer <strong data-start=\"187\" data-end=\"217\">de nacionalidad venezolana<\/strong> por su probable participaci\u00f3n en un <strong data-start=\"254\" data-end=\"275\">fraude espec\u00edfico<\/strong>, cometido el pasado <strong data-start=\"296\" data-end=\"321\">11 de octubre de 2025<\/strong> en el fraccionamiento <strong data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"361\">El Campanario<\/strong>, en el municipio de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"396\" data-end=\"825\">De acuerdo con las investigaciones, la v\u00edctima fue <strong data-start=\"447\" data-end=\"489\">enga\u00f1ada mediante llamadas telef\u00f3nicas<\/strong> por personas que se hicieron pasar por un familiar, convenci\u00e9ndola de entregar <strong data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"635\">maletas con joyer\u00eda, relojes de alta gama y dinero en efectivo<\/strong>, bajo el pretexto de recibir un supuesto paquete. Las pertenencias fueron recogidas por un servicio de transporte y entregadas a la hoy imputada, quien posteriormente se retir\u00f3 del lugar.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1178\">Mediante el an\u00e1lisis de <strong data-start=\"851\" data-end=\"914\">videograbaciones, lectores de placas e inteligencia digital<\/strong>, agentes de la <strong data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"975\">Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito (PID)<\/strong> lograron ubicar dos domicilios relacionados con el caso en los municipios de <strong data-start=\"1053\" data-end=\"1080\">Quer\u00e9taro y Corregidora<\/strong>, donde resid\u00eda la se\u00f1alada junto con al menos <strong data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1147\">dos personas m\u00e1s<\/strong>, todas de origen venezolano.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"1178\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload_inited alignnone size-full wp-image-91914\" src=\"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/571421187_1225237122969646_8526482667157898470_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1280\" https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/571421187_1225237122969646_8526482667157898470_n-590x738.jpg 590w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1487\">Tras reunir los elementos de prueba, la Fiscal\u00eda obtuvo y ejecut\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1270\">dos \u00f3rdenes de cateo<\/strong>, asegurando <strong data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1360\">dinero en efectivo, dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos y diversos objetos de valor<\/strong>, los cuales fortalecieron la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y derivaron en la <strong data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1457\">orden de aprehensi\u00f3n<\/strong> de la presunta responsable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1489\" data-end=\"1731\">La mujer fue presentada ante la autoridad judicial, que determin\u00f3 su <strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1583\">vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso<\/strong>, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de <strong data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1654\">prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong> y estableciendo un <strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1728\">plazo de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria de dos meses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1972\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Durante las diligencias, <strong data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1821\">otras dos mujeres de la misma nacionalidad fueron detenidas<\/strong>, por lo que se contin\u00faa una l\u00ednea de investigaci\u00f3n sobre su <strong data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1971\">posible
