equidad y plenitud social; transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica, agua y medio ambiente; movilidad y log\u00edstica; ordenamiento territorial e infraestructura; innovaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y tecnol\u00f3gica;
