Mart\u00edn Arango Garc\u00eda destaca que el crecimiento econ\u00f3mico del estado es un factor clave para evitar el desplazamiento forzado<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

Mart\u00edn Arango Garc\u00eda, presidente estatal del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), consider\u00f3 que Quer\u00e9taro no presenta un problema de gentrificaci\u00f3n similar al que se vive en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, pese a recientes manifestaciones en la capital queretana.<\/p>\n

El funcionario explic\u00f3 que, a diferencia de otras entidades, en Quer\u00e9taro hay mejores condiciones econ\u00f3micas y competencia que mantienen estables los precios<\/strong>. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la gentrificaci\u00f3n, entendida como un proceso de renovaci\u00f3n urbana que implica el desplazamiento forzado de pobladores debido a la especulaci\u00f3n inmobiliaria y el aumento en rentas<\/strong>, no ha generado un movimiento social amplio como en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

La referencia al fen\u00f3meno social surgi\u00f3 luego de la marcha del pasado 8 de agosto, que parti\u00f3 del barrio tradicional de San Francisquito, una de las primeras localidades fundadas en la ciudad.<\/p>\n

Arango Garc\u00eda coment\u00f3 que, aunque desde el PAN buscar\u00e1n maneras de intervenir ante esta problem\u00e1tica, el crecimiento constante de Quer\u00e9taro, que recibe alrededor de 100 familias diarias<\/strong>, refleja que la entidad es vista como un lugar donde se vive bien<\/strong>, lo que hace que la din\u00e1mica econ\u00f3mica sea distinta y contribuya a evitar la gentrificaci\u00f3n en t\u00e9rminos graves.<\/p>\n
