El presidente estatal del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional (PAN), Mart\u00edn Arango Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, pidi\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente al diputado federal Gilberto Herrera Ruiz<\/strong> que renuncie al fuero constitucional<\/strong> del que goza, esto con el objetivo de enfrentar los se\u00f1alamientos en su contra por presunta malversaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 300 millones de pesos<\/strong> cuando estuvo al frente de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Quer\u00e9taro (UAQ).<\/p>\n

Durante un encuentro con medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, Arango calific\u00f3 como “cobarde” que el legislador se proteja tras el fuero, y asegur\u00f3 que \u201ctiene una cola muy larga que le pisen\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cA m\u00ed me parece muy cobarde<\/strong> esconderse detr\u00e1s del fuero, porque el se\u00f1or est\u00e1 siendo protegido por un fuero. Si no tiene nada que ocultar, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no renuncia a ese fuero? Yo creo que ser\u00eda muy conveniente para todos que renuncie a los privilegios que le otorga el Congreso<\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Record\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong> mantiene abierta una investigaci\u00f3n contra Herrera Ruiz por posibles irregularidades en el manejo financiero durante su gesti\u00f3n como rector de la UAQ.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, adelant\u00f3 que el PAN est\u00e1 realizando su propia indagatoria mediante solicitudes de transparencia para conocer el manejo de los recursos en la universidad durante ese periodo, y asegur\u00f3 que pronto har\u00e1n p\u00fablicos los resultados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
