presidente municipal de Quer\u00e9taro, <strong data-start=\"273\" data-end=\"306\">Felipe Fernando Mac\u00edas Olvera<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 esta tarde a trav\u00e9s de sus redes sociales la <strong data-start=\"361\" data-end=\"394\">clausura de un punto de venta<\/strong> perteneciente a una <strong data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"477\">desarrolladora inmobiliaria que operaba de forma irregular<\/strong>, al no contar con la documentaci\u00f3n necesaria.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"235\" data-end=\"523\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload_inited size-full data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"788\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"610\">Estamos construyendo una ciudad con orden y eso pasa porque todos cumplan la ley<\/strong>\u201d, afirm\u00f3 el alcalde, al advertir que su gobierno tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"711\">retirando publicidad de vialidades<\/strong> colocada por empresas que no cumplen con la <strong data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"787\">normatividad urbana vigente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"1102\">Mac\u00edas Olvera hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda para que, antes de realizar la compra de una casa, departamento u oficina, <strong data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"958\">acudan a la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano<\/strong>, donde se les puede informar <strong data-start=\"988\" data-end=\"1026\">qu\u00e9 desarrolladoras est\u00e1n en regla<\/strong> y cu\u00e1les no, con el objetivo de <strong data-start=\"1059\" data-end=\"1084\">proteger su inversi\u00f3n<\/strong> y evitar fraudes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1519\">Por su parte, el secretario de Desarrollo Urbano, <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1183\">Gerardo Romero Altamirano<\/strong>, reiter\u00f3 que el municipio <strong data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1246\">verificar\u00e1 proyecto por proyecto<\/strong>, y solo permitir\u00e1 el desarrollo de obras a quienes <strong data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1342\">cumplan con todos los requisitos legales<\/strong>. \u201c<strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1506\">Quienes quieran trabajar bien en Quer\u00e9taro lo van a poder hacer con todo nuestro apoyo. Quienes le quieran fallar a los queretanos, que se vayan a otro lugar<\/strong>\u201d, sentenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1732\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">El gobierno municipal asegur\u00f3 que se trata de un esfuerzo in\u00e9dito para poner orden en un problema que ha persistido durante muchos a\u00f1os, y <strong data-start=\"1660\" data-end=\"1694\">garantizar la certeza jur\u00eddica<\/strong> en el desarrollo urbano de la
