banquetas y ciclov\u00edas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como <strong data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1229\">la falta de sombra y se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n adecuada<\/strong>, factores que ponen en desventaja a los peatones y ciclistas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1293\" data-end=\"1566\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">El Observatorio anunci\u00f3 que <strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1413\">enviar\u00e1n sus observaciones a la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas estatal y al Congreso local<\/strong>, con el fin de que se realice un estudio m\u00e1s profundo que
