La decisi\u00f3n, calificada como un <strong data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"661\">\u00faltimo recurso<\/strong>, impactar\u00e1 directamente a <strong data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"708\">480 trabajadores<\/strong>, a quienes la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha asegurado que brindar\u00e1 apoyo individualizado para enfrentar el proceso de transici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"1183\">La planta queretana, que produce menos de <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"909\">medio mill\u00f3n de llantas BFGoodrich al a\u00f1o<\/strong>, comenzar\u00e1 una <strong data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"965\">reducci\u00f3n paulatina de su producci\u00f3n<\/strong> con miras al cierre definitivo. Adem\u00e1s de la fabricaci\u00f3n de neum\u00e1ticos, en el sitio opera un taller de producci\u00f3n de llantas renovadas para camiones, cuyas actividades tambi\u00e9n concluir\u00e1n como parte del plan de cierre.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1618\"><strong data-start=\"1185\" data-end=\"1247\">Michelin ha asegurado que continuar\u00e1 presente en Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, manteniendo su <strong data-start=\"1264\" data-end=\"1321\">sede corporativa y su centro de servicios compartidos<\/strong>, lo que ratifica la confianza de la empresa en el entorno econ\u00f3mico y laboral del estado.
