Adem\u00e1s, el laboratorio inform\u00f3 que <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1155\">no ha producido Guaya tetra desde hace dos a\u00f1os<\/strong>, lo que confirma la irregularidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1514\">El consumo de este medicamento <strong data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1275\">representa un riesgo significativo para la salud<\/strong>, ya que <strong data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1381\">se desconoce su origen, las condiciones bajo las que fue fabricado, almacenado y transportado<\/strong>, as\u00ed como <strong data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1440\">la calidad de las materias primas utilizadas<\/strong>, por lo que <strong data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1513\">no se puede garantizar su seguridad, eficacia ni calidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"2018\">Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, <strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1634\">COFEPRIS exhorta a la ciudadan\u00eda y al personal m\u00e9dico a no adquirir este producto falsificado<\/strong>, y en caso de contar con informaci\u00f3n sobre su comercializaci\u00f3n, <strong data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1750\">presentar la denuncia sanitaria correspondiente<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, recomienda que si existen dudas sobre la autenticidad de un medicamento, <strong data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1882\">se contacte al titular del registro sanitario<\/strong> para confirmar su identidad. La autenticidad puede verificarse a trav\u00e9s del portal de <strong data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2005\">Consulta de Registros Sanitarios<\/strong> de COFEPRIS.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2287\">Se hace un llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n a <strong data-start=\"2056\" data-end=\"2135\">comprar medicamentos exclusivamente en farmacias establecidas y autorizadas<\/strong>, que cuenten con <strong data-start=\"2153\" data-end=\"2183\">licencia sanitaria vigente<\/strong> y <strong data-start=\"2186\" data-end=\"2213\">aviso de funcionamiento<\/strong>, ya que estas condiciones reducen el riesgo de adquirir productos falsos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2560\">Para quienes hayan usado Guaya tetra y hayan experimentado <strong data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2381\">efectos adversos o malestares<\/strong>, la recomendaci\u00f3n es <strong data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2431\">reportarlos de inmediato<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s del enlace en l\u00ednea proporcionado por COFEPRIS o mediante el correo electr\u00f3nico: <strong data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2559\"><a class=\"cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"2524\" data-end=\"2557\">farmacovigilancia@cofepris.gob.mx<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2924\">Asimismo, se dirigi\u00f3 un llamado a <strong data-start=\"2596\" data-end=\"2626\">distribuidores y farmacias<\/strong> a <strong data-start=\"2629\" data-end=\"2718\">verificar que sus proveedores est\u00e9n autorizados por el titular del registro sanitario<\/strong>, contar con la documentaci\u00f3n legal del producto y consultar la plataforma de <strong data-start=\"2796\" data-end=\"2842\">distribuidores irregulares de medicamentos<\/strong>, con el fin de evitar compras a empresas que no cumplan con la normativa vigente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2926\" data-end=\"3113\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">SESA Quer\u00e9taro reiter\u00f3 la importancia de <strong data-start=\"2967\" data-end=\"3022\">mantenerse informados a trav\u00e9s de canales oficiales<\/strong> y colaborar con las autoridades sanitarias para proteger la salud de todos los
