arranc\u00f3 un nuevo periodo de capacitaci\u00f3n del programa Operadoras de Transporte, con la integraci\u00f3n de cuatro grupos en los cuales p<strong>articipan 40 mujeres, quienes inician\u00a0su\u00a0formaci\u00f3n durante los pr\u00f3ximos dos meses de manera gratuita.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En este sentido la funcionaria estatal dijo que, \u00a0estas mujeres conforman los primeros grupos del 2025, en el que s<strong>e tiene como meta capacitar a 100 participantes,<\/strong> mismas que recibir\u00e1n adem\u00e1s, beca, una vez que concluyan apoyo para<strong> tramitar su licencia de conducir tipo c y ser\u00e1n vinculadas a un empleo formal dentro del sistema de transporte p\u00fablico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p\" align=\"justify\">Durante su visita a los nuevos grupos de capacitaci\u00f3n, San Mart\u00edn Castillo dio la bienvenida a las participantes, al tiempo que aprovech\u00f3 para refrendar el compromiso del Gobierno del Estado con l<strong>a inclusi\u00f3n laboral y el impulso a la participaci\u00f3n femenina en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" align=\"justify\">\u201c<strong>A tres a\u00f1os de haber implementado este programa poco m\u00e1s de 600 mujeres han sido capacitadas<\/strong> bajo este esquema, mismas que al concluir el proceso se han colocado en un empleo formal dentro del transporte p\u00fablico y algunas de ellas en el sector privado\u201d, precis\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"p\" align=\"justify\">Tambi\u00e9n extendi\u00f3 la invitaci\u00f3n a las mujeres interesadas en sumarse al programa, para que acudan al<strong> Centro Estatal de Empleabilidad, ubicado en la calle Ezequiel Montes n\u00famero 23, en la colonia Centro,<\/strong> o bien, a que se comuniquen v\u00eda <strong>WhatsApp al n\u00famero 442 561 7638 para recibir m\u00e1s
