<strong data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"466\">c\u00e1rcamo de rebombeo principal ubicado sobre Paseo 5 de Febrero, a la altura de la colonia Carrillo<\/strong>, ha <strong data-start=\"471\" data-end=\"538\">funcionado de manera adecuada durante esta temporada de lluvias<\/strong>, evitando inundaciones en una de las zonas que hist\u00f3ricamente resultaban m\u00e1s afectadas por anegamientos.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"645\" data-end=\"937\">El funcionario asegur\u00f3 que, <strong data-start=\"673\" data-end=\"726\">a pesar de las intensas precipitaciones recientes<\/strong>, el c\u00e1rcamo <strong data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"766\">no ha presentado fallas<\/strong> gracias a su correcta operaci\u00f3n, lo que ha permitido <strong data-start=\"820\" data-end=\"866\">reducir los riesgos de acumulaci\u00f3n de agua<\/strong> en esa vialidad estrat\u00e9gica para la movilidad de la capital queretana.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_81568\" Hay que estarlos operando; todo este tipo de instalaciones requieren vigilancia constante, que se atienda si hubiera alg\u00fan desperfecto, alguna baja de energ\u00eda, etc\u00e9tera\u201d<\/strong>, precis\u00f3 Salgado Tovar al destacar que el sistema hidr\u00e1ulico necesita mantenimiento y monitoreo permanente.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1617\">No obstante, el titular de SDUOP advirti\u00f3 que en <strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1359\">todos los c\u00e1rcamos ubicados a lo largo de Paseo 5 de Febrero<\/strong> se ha encontrado <strong data-start=\"1377\" data-end=\"1404\">gran cantidad de basura<\/strong>, lo que representa un riesgo para el funcionamiento del sistema pluvial. En este sentido, explic\u00f3 que las cuadrillas de mantenimiento <strong data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1580\">realizan limpieza de manera frecuente<\/strong> para garantizar su operaci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1836\"><strong data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1828\">\u201cEste tipo de infraestructura debe estar bajo supervisi\u00f3n continua. Hay que operarla correctamente para que cumpla su funci\u00f3n, sobre todo en esta temporada de lluvias\u201d,<\/strong> a\u00f1adi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"2208\">Salgado Tovar hizo un llamado a la ciudadan\u00eda a <strong data-start=\"1886\" data-end=\"1927\">evitar tirar basura en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica<\/strong>, ya que esta es arrastrada por el agua hacia las rejillas pluviales y c\u00e1rcamos, provocando taponamientos que podr\u00edan derivar en inundaciones. Reiter\u00f3 que la colaboraci\u00f3n social es fundamental para mantener en buen estado esta infraestructura y proteger a las colonias colindantes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2210\" data-end=\"2535\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que desde el Gobierno del Estado se mantendr\u00e1n los trabajos de supervisi\u00f3n e intervenci\u00f3n oportuna, con el objetivo de <strong data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2434\">garantizar la funcionalidad de la red pluvial durante toda la temporada de lluvias<\/strong> y preservar la seguridad de quienes transitan por una de las arterias m\u00e1s importantes del municipio.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"flex
