La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo Estatal abrir\u00e1 cuatro nuevos grupos en mayo; sumar\u00e1n 320 mujeres capacitadas desde el inicio del programa<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, a cargo de Liliana San Mart\u00edn Castillo<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que durante este mes de mayo se abrir\u00e1n cuatro nuevos grupos de capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> dirigidos a mujeres interesadas en convertirse en operadoras del sistema de transporte p\u00fablico Qrob\u00fas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Con esta nueva apertura, 60 mujeres<\/strong> iniciar\u00e1n su proceso de formaci\u00f3n en la zona metropolitana<\/strong>, las cuales se sumar\u00e1n a dos grupos anteriores de 20 mujeres cada uno<\/strong>, capacitadas a principios de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n

\u201cCapacitamos a principio de a\u00f1o dos grupos de 20 mujeres, y estamos por aperturar cuatro grupos en este mes; entonces estar\u00edamos sumando 60 mujeres\u201d, indic\u00f3 San Mart\u00edn Castillo.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Desde el inicio del programa, han sido capacitadas en total 320 mujeres<\/strong>, de las cuales 250 han sido vinculadas a la Agencia de Movilidad del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong> (AMEQ) para incorporarse como operadoras en el sistema Qrob\u00fas. En otros casos, algunas participantes han optado por emplearse en el transporte privado o en negocios familiares<\/strong> relacionados con el ramo.<\/p>\n

La funcionaria estatal destac\u00f3 que esta iniciativa forma parte de una estrategia para fortalecer la inclusi\u00f3n laboral y promover la igualdad de g\u00e9nero<\/strong> en sectores tradicionalmente ocupados por hombres, como el transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
