La iniciativa busca modificar la Ley General de Salud para proteger a la juventud de riesgos asociados a la realizaci\u00f3n de tatuajes.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n

Quer\u00e9taro, Qro.<\/strong> \u2013 La Fundaci\u00f3n \u201cSiempre Habr\u00e1 un Milagro\u201d<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 una reforma a la Ley General de Salud<\/strong> con el objetivo de prohibir la realizaci\u00f3n de tatuajes y perforaciones a menores de edad<\/strong>. Esta propuesta fue anunciada por Esperanza Osornio<\/strong>, presidenta de la fundaci\u00f3n, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que dicha reforma busca proteger la salud<\/strong> de los ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y j\u00f3venes, pues los tatuajes afectan la calidad y la donaci\u00f3n de sangre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El prop\u00f3sito de la reforma es modificar el art\u00edculo 268 Bis-1<\/strong> de la ley, de manera que los padres o tutores<\/strong> no puedan autorizar que sus hijos menores de edad se realicen tatuajes o perforaciones. Osornio destac\u00f3 que uno de los principales riesgos asociados es que, una vez tatuados, los menores no podr\u00e1n donar sangre durante un periodo de tiempo determinado, ya que deben esperar entre 15 y 30 d\u00edas<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de haberse tatuado para hacerlo.<\/p>\n

\u201cLa preocupaci\u00f3n es que, una vez que los j\u00f3venes se tat\u00faan, se les imposibilita donar sangre por un periodo prolongado. No estamos en contra de los tatuajes, lo que queremos es que se tomen medidas para proteger la salud de nuestros ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, especialmente en lo que respecta a la transmisi\u00f3n de enfermedades<\/strong>,\u201d explic\u00f3 Osornio.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La fundaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n busca crear conciencia sobre los riesgos de infecciones por falta de higiene, ya que algunos estudios han mostrado un aumento de enfermedades<\/strong> transmitidas por v\u00eda sangu\u00ednea, como hepatitis<\/strong> y SIDA<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de afecciones d\u00e9rmicas debido a la baja regulaci\u00f3n en los estudios de tatuajes.<\/p>\n

La propuesta pretende fomentar una reforma responsable<\/strong>, que no proh\u00edba los tatuajes en su totalidad, pero que regule y limite su realizaci\u00f3n entre los menores de edad para reducir los riesgos a largo plazo. Adem\u00e1s, la fundaci\u00f3n busca la colaboraci\u00f3n de los padres, quienes deber\u00e1n estar involucrados en la toma de decisiones sobre la salud de sus hijos, evitando procedimientos que puedan tener consecuencias graves en el futuro.<\/p>\n
