El detenido, originario de San Juan del R\u00edo, no contaba con permiso para portar el arma.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n

La motocicleta que transportaba en un remolque contaba con reporte de robo.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n
Como parte de las acciones de vigilancia y prevenci\u00f3n del delito, elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal lograron la detenci\u00f3n de un hombre en posesi\u00f3n de un arma de fuego sin registro y aseguraron una motocicleta con reporte de robo en la comunidad de Santa Rita.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

Los hechos ocurrieron cuando, a trav\u00e9s de un reporte al C4, se alert\u00f3 sobre una camioneta Chevrolet Suburban negra que transportaba una motocicleta en un remolque, estacionada en sentido contrario y obstruyendo la vialidad.<\/strong> Al arribar al sitio, los oficiales ubicaron el veh\u00edculo y, al aproximarse, observaron a trav\u00e9s del cristal trasero un arma de fuego tipo escopeta.<\/div>\n

Por este hecho y de acuerdo a protocolos los uniformados procedieron a entrevistarse con el conductor, identificado como Jes\u00fas \u201cN.\u201d, de 27 a\u00f1os y originario de San Juan del R\u00edo, quien manifest\u00f3 no contar con permiso para portar el arma.<\/strong> Tras una inspecci\u00f3n, se asegur\u00f3 la escopeta de fabricaci\u00f3n artesanal, as\u00ed como la motocicleta color rojo que se encontraba en el remolque, misma que contaba con reporte de robo vigente de acuerdo a la unidad de an\u00e1lisis.<\/div>\n

Ante estos hechos, el detenido fue trasladado y puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica para las investigaciones correspondientes, mientras que los veh\u00edculos asegurados fueron llevados al corral\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/div>\n
