Se descarta la muerte de un canino, pero la Fiscal\u00eda ya abri\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por maltrato animal<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

En la colonia Eduardo Loarca<\/strong>, en el municipio de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, fueron rescatados tres perros que sufr\u00edan maltrato<\/strong>. La Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar Animal<\/strong> del municipio asegur\u00f3 a los caninos y present\u00f3 una denuncia formal ante la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGEQ)<\/strong>, donde ya se ha identificado a un posible responsable.<\/p>\n

Este caso gener\u00f3 gran revuelo en redes sociales<\/strong>, donde circul\u00f3 la versi\u00f3n de que uno de los perros hab\u00eda sido asesinado a golpes<\/strong> por su due\u00f1o. Sin embargo, la titular de la dependencia, Lennyz Mel\u00e9ndez Chac\u00f3n<\/strong>, desminti\u00f3 esta informaci\u00f3n y asegur\u00f3 que, aunque los animales presentaban signos evidentes de maltrato<\/strong>, ninguno perdi\u00f3 la vida.<\/p>\n

“Si bien los perros mostraban se\u00f1ales de haber sido v\u00edctimas de violencia, es completamente falso que uno de ellos haya sido asesinado. Los vecinos reportaron el caso y gracias a su intervenci\u00f3n logramos rescatarlos a tiempo. Estos tres perritos no ser\u00e1n devueltos a su agresor, sino que recibir\u00e1n rehabilitaci\u00f3n y posteriormente ser\u00e1n puestos en adopci\u00f3n<\/strong>“,<\/em> afirm\u00f3 Mel\u00e9ndez Chac\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La funcionaria destac\u00f3 que, aunque no hubo un homicidio animal, la Fiscal\u00eda ya investiga los hechos para sancionar el maltrato<\/strong> conforme a la ley. Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 el papel crucial que jugaron las redes sociales en la difusi\u00f3n del caso<\/strong>, ya que la viralizaci\u00f3n de los reportes permiti\u00f3 que las autoridades actuaran con rapidez y aseguraran a los animales<\/strong> antes de que su estado de salud se agravara.<\/p>\n

En Quer\u00e9taro, el maltrato animal es un delito sancionado por el C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado<\/strong>, que contempla penas de hasta seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n<\/strong> y multas econ\u00f3micas para quienes sean hallados culpables de actos de crueldad contra los animales. La Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar Animal reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de los animales<\/strong>, exhortando a la ciudadan\u00eda a denunciar cualquier acto de violencia<\/strong> en su contra.<\/p>\n

Mientras se desarrollan las investigaciones, los tres perros rescatados permanecer\u00e1n bajo resguardo y observaci\u00f3n veterinaria<\/strong>, con la esperanza de que pronto encuentren un nuevo hogar donde puedan vivir con dignidad y sin violencia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
