El senador queretano llevar\u00e1 la propuesta del gobernador Mauricio Kuri al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

El senador por Quer\u00e9taro, Agust\u00edn Dorantes L\u00e1mbarri<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 que llevar\u00e1 al Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n<\/strong> la iniciativa impulsada por el gobernador Mauricio Kuri<\/strong>, con el objetivo de regular el uso de redes sociales en ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/strong>. La propuesta busca proteger a los menores de los riesgos del entorno digital<\/strong>, sin prohibir ni restringir su acceso, sino estableciendo lineamientos que permitan un uso seguro y responsable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dorantes destac\u00f3 que este tema requiere un amplio debate<\/strong>, por lo que impulsar\u00e1 un ejercicio de di\u00e1logo y colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el Congreso, con la participaci\u00f3n de expertos, legisladores y sociedad civil<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de un parlamento abierto<\/strong>, con la finalidad de enriquecer la propuesta y garantizar su efectividad a nivel nacional.<\/p>\n

“Esta iniciativa no se trata de prohibir o restringir, sino de regular y potenciar. Es un tema muy complejo que seguramente generar\u00e1 mucho debate en el Congreso de la Uni\u00f3n. <\/strong>Llevaremos esta iniciativa en un ejercicio de di\u00e1logo, colaboraci\u00f3n e invitaci\u00f3n de expertos, con el objetivo de nutrirla y lograr un impacto positivo en todo el pa\u00eds. De esta forma, cuidaremos a las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes de los riesgos que existen hoy en el mundo digital”<\/strong>, afirm\u00f3 el senador.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

El legislador explic\u00f3 que el paquete de medidas contempla la modificaci\u00f3n de dos marcos normativos clave<\/strong>: la Ley General de Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes<\/strong> y la Ley Federal de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusi\u00f3n<\/strong>. En este sentido, se comprometi\u00f3 a fomentar el debate de ideas y abrir los espacios de discusi\u00f3n<\/strong> necesarios para generar disposiciones que protejan a los menores en el entorno digital<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
