El sujeto, presunto cobrador de pr\u00e9stamos “Gota a Gota”, intent\u00f3 sobornar a oficiales tras ser abordado en La Estancia<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

San Juan del R\u00edo, Qro.\u2013 Elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal lograron la detenci\u00f3n de un hombre de nacionalidad colombiana por el delito de cohecho<\/strong>, luego de que intentara sobornar a los oficiales para evitar una sanci\u00f3n. El individuo, identificado como Carlos \u201cN.\u201d, de 32 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, admiti\u00f3 ser cobrador de pr\u00e9stamos ilegales conocidos como “Gota a Gota”<\/strong>, una pr\u00e1ctica que ha sido se\u00f1alada por sus m\u00e9todos de presi\u00f3n y violencia contra los deudores.<\/p>\n

El incidente ocurri\u00f3 en la comunidad de La Estancia<\/strong>, cuando los agentes realizaban un recorrido de vigilancia y prevenci\u00f3n del delito<\/strong>. Durante el patrullaje, observaron que un individuo discut\u00eda con una mujer en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica. Al notar la presencia policial, el hombre ingres\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente a un domicilio<\/strong> y no volvi\u00f3 a salir, lo que despert\u00f3 la sospecha de los uniformados.<\/p>\n

Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, los oficiales se acercaron al hombre para entrevistarlo. Carlos “N.” reconoci\u00f3 ser cobrador de pr\u00e9stamos “Gota a Gota”<\/strong> y, al percatarse de que podr\u00eda enfrentar consecuencias legales, intent\u00f3 sobornar a los oficiales con dinero en efectivo<\/strong> para evitar ser detenido.<\/p>\n

Los agentes, siguiendo el protocolo de actuaci\u00f3n, le informaron que su conducta constitu\u00eda un delito<\/strong> y procedieron a su detenci\u00f3n inmediata. Posteriormente, fue trasladado a las instalaciones de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/strong>, donde se determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n legal.<\/p>\n

Las autoridades han reiterado su compromiso de combatir las pr\u00e1cticas il\u00edcitas y garantizar la seguridad de la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>. Asimismo, hicieron un llamado a la poblaci\u00f3n a denunciar cualquier actividad sospechosa o relacionada con esquemas de pr\u00e9stamos irregulares<\/strong>, los cuales han sido vinculados a extorsiones y amenazas contra quienes acceden a este tipo de financiamiento.<\/p>\n

Finalmente, la Polic\u00eda Municipal de San Juan del R\u00edo exhort\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a reportar cualquier actividad sospechosa<\/strong> al n\u00famero de emergencias 911<\/strong>, con el objetivo de continuar trabajando en la prevenci\u00f3n y combate a los delitos que afectan la tranquilidad de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
