El agresor fue vinculado a proceso y permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva mientras se realiza la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

Un hombre acusado de asaltar con un machete a un repartidor de plataforma en la colonia H\u00e9rcules, municipio de Quer\u00e9taro, fue detenido por agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PID)<\/strong> tras una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n. El ataque ocurri\u00f3 el pasado 22 de noviembre<\/strong>, y gracias a la denuncia inmediata de la v\u00edctima y el trabajo coordinado entre la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado y la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, se logr\u00f3 la identificaci\u00f3n y localizaci\u00f3n del agresor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan los reportes, el sujeto intercept\u00f3 al repartidor en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica y, utilizando un machete, lo despoj\u00f3 de sus pertenencias<\/strong>. Tras el suceso, el afectado present\u00f3 la denuncia, lo que permiti\u00f3 a las autoridades iniciar las investigaciones pertinentes y dar con el paradero del presunto responsable.<\/p>\n

Durante la audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 que el hombre permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada<\/strong> debido a la gravedad del delito y al riesgo que representa para la v\u00edctima y la sociedad. Adem\u00e1s, se estableci\u00f3 un plazo de 2 meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/strong>, tiempo en el que se recopilar\u00e1n m\u00e1s pruebas para sustentar el caso.<\/p>\n
