Se estima que hay alrededor de 5 mil cond\u00f3minos, tanto horizontales como verticales, que viven en esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Para elevar el estatus y la credibilidad de la profesi\u00f3n, el Colegio est\u00e1 trabajando en tres l\u00edneas con el Gobierno: la creaci\u00f3n de un reglamento municipal, una reforma al C\u00f3digo Urbano y una nueva ley sobre n\u00f3mina.
