{"id":73086,"date":"2024-09-20T19:41:04","date_gmt":"2024-09-20T19:41:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/?p=73086"},"modified":"2024-09-20T19:41:04","modified_gmt":"2024-09-20T19:41:04","slug":"procesan-a-hombre-por-homicidio-de-mujer-en-pedro-escobedo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radarnews.mx\/inicio\/blog\/procesan-a-hombre-por-homicidio-de-mujer-en-pedro-escobedo\/","title":{"rendered":"Procesan a hombre por homicidio de mujer en Pedro Escobedo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para un hombre por el delito de homicidio calificado, luego de los hechos ocurridos en la comunidad de Ajuchitlancito, Pedro Escobedo, el pasado 16 de septiembre, en agravio de una mujer.<span id=\"more-117910\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Al tener conocimiento del hecho, se iniciaron con las acciones de investigaci\u00f3n conforme a lo establecido en los protocolos con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero; bajo este enfoque, se realiz\u00f3 el procesamiento del lugar del sitio para la recuperaci\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n de los indicios bal\u00edsticos, as\u00ed como del traslado de la ofendida al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense.<\/p>\n<p>Derivado de la investigaci\u00f3n policial, se logr\u00f3 obtener la identidad de quien habr\u00eda accionado un arma de fuego en contra de la ofendida, caus\u00e1ndole las lesiones que la privaron de la vida, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el dictamen pericial.<\/p>\n<p>Ante esto, un Fiscal especializado solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo de una autoridad judicial la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por homicidio calificado, la cual fue cumplimentada por agentes de investigaci\u00f3n del delito.<\/p>\n<p>En audiencia inicial, el juez impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, con un lapso de 3 meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para un hombre por el delito de homicidio calificado, luego de los hechos ocurridos en la comunidad de Ajuchitlancito, Pedro Escobedo, el pasado 16 de septiembre, en agravio de una mujer.
