Ambas personas imputadas se <strong>encuentran en prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la fecha ya mencionada, se recibi\u00f3 un reporte de <strong>una ni\u00f1a localizada sin vida al interior de su domicilio<\/strong>, por lo que esta Fiscal\u00eda realiz\u00f3 de inmediato las activaciones con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y bajo el protocolo de investigaci\u00f3n del delito de feminicidio, para la atenci\u00f3n de las y los familiares y del esclarecimiento del hecho, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>Ante los datos recabados por la Polic\u00eda\u00a0 de Investigaci\u00f3n, la falta de coincidencia en las declaraciones del padrastro y la madre, con lo obtenido del procesamiento del lugar del hecho por personal criminalista, la necropsia realizada a la parte ofendida y otros datos periciales, se estableci\u00f3 que <strong>ellos habr\u00edan ocasionado las lesiones que derivaron en la muerte de la menor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esto fue presentado por una Fiscala especializada ante la autoridad judicial, por lo que, posterior a la solicitud de la detenci\u00f3n de las personas imputadas, la cual fue cumplimentada en lo inmediato por agentes de esta Fiscal\u00eda, se verific\u00f3 la audiencia inicial, en donde se obtuvo la <strong>vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de feminicidio,<\/strong> y una medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, as\u00ed como un lapso de 3 meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso para dos personas por el delito de feminicidio, por hechos ocurridos el pasado 30 de junio en la Colonia Las Margaritas, San Jos\u00e9 el Alto, del municipio de Quer\u00e9taro.
