La Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo del estado de Quer\u00e9taro ha capacitado a 680 mujeres para desempe\u00f1arse como operadoras de transporte<\/strong>, de las cuales entre el 50 y el 70 por ciento fueron vinculadas al sistema de transporte p\u00fablico QroB\u00fas<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 la titular de la dependencia, Liliana San Mart\u00edn Castillo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La funcionaria explic\u00f3 que el programa de formaci\u00f3n contin\u00faa vigente, aunque inicialmente estuvo enfocado en atender la demanda de operadores del transporte p\u00fablico y ahora tambi\u00e9n se extiende a empresas transportistas del sector privado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cEn la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo capacitamos a 680 mujeres, casi 700 alcanzamos. La mayor\u00eda de ellas fueron vinculadas en una proporci\u00f3n, yo dir\u00eda, de por lo menos entre el 50 y 60 por ciento al transporte p\u00fablico\u201d<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 San Mart\u00edn Castillo.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Detall\u00f3 que, una vez atendida parte de la demanda de personal de QroB\u00fas, la estrategia se ampli\u00f3 mediante el esquema de becas para la formaci\u00f3n de talento<\/strong>, con el objetivo de preparar a mujeres para cubrir las vacantes disponibles en distintas empresas transportistas.<\/p>\n

Indic\u00f3 que la capacitaci\u00f3n se organiza de acuerdo con las necesidades de contrataci\u00f3n de cada compa\u00f1\u00eda. El programa contempla un m\u00ednimo de dos participantes por grupo<\/strong>, sin establecer un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de beneficiarias.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la secretaria destac\u00f3 que las mujeres que participan en este esquema pueden recibir un apoyo adicional de mil pesos para el cuidado infantil<\/strong>, recurso que busca facilitar su capacitaci\u00f3n y posterior incorporaci\u00f3n al mercado laboral.<\/p>\n

Con esta estrategia, la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo busca ampliar las oportunidades de empleo para las mujeres en el sector del transporte, tanto en el servicio p\u00fablico como en empresas privadas.<\/p>\n
