El presidente municipal de Col\u00f3n, Gaspar Trueba<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 la separaci\u00f3n de su cargo del coordinador del Centro de Bienestar Animal, Manuel \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, luego de que se hicieran p\u00fablicas acusaciones en su contra por presunto maltrato animal<\/strong> en el municipio de Cadereyta.<\/p>\n

La decisi\u00f3n fue tomada despu\u00e9s de que los se\u00f1alamientos comenzaron a circular en redes sociales y generaron cuestionamientos entre ciudadanos. El gobierno municipal tambi\u00e9n orden\u00f3 el inicio de una investigaci\u00f3n interna<\/strong> para determinar si el ahora exfuncionario incurri\u00f3 en alguna falta administrativa o irregularidad relacionada con sus responsabilidades.<\/p>\n

La indagatoria buscar\u00e1 establecer si su conducta vulner\u00f3 el c\u00f3digo de \u00e9tica y los principios que rigen la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica<\/strong> en el municipio de Col\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Gaspar Trueba se\u00f1al\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n mantendr\u00e1 una postura de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro<\/strong>, en caso de que la autoridad requiera informaci\u00f3n para esclarecer los hechos.<\/p>\n

El alcalde reiter\u00f3 que el municipio respetar\u00e1 el debido proceso<\/strong> y permitir\u00e1 que las instancias correspondientes realicen las investigaciones necesarias para determinar si existe alguna responsabilidad.<\/p>\n

\u201cNing\u00fan servidor p\u00fablico est\u00e1 por encima de la ley y no vamos a tolerar ninguna anomal\u00eda que ponga en duda la integridad de nuestro gobierno\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La situaci\u00f3n ocurre mientras Col\u00f3n avanza en la construcci\u00f3n de su nuevo Centro de Bienestar Animal<\/strong>, obra que registra un avance cercano al 80 por ciento y que se complementa con campa\u00f1as permanentes de esterilizaci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/p>\n

Ante este contexto, el gobierno municipal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el personal encargado de estas \u00e1reas debe actuar en congruencia con las pol\u00edticas de protecci\u00f3n y bienestar animal<\/strong> impulsadas por la administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Por ahora, Manuel \u201cN\u201d es se\u00f1alado \u00fanicamente por las acusaciones que dieron origen a las investigaciones<\/strong>, por lo que cualquier responsabilidad penal o administrativa deber\u00e1 ser determinada por las autoridades competentes conforme avance el proceso correspondiente.<\/p>\n

El municipio reiter\u00f3 su rechazo a cualquier acto de violencia o negligencia contra los animales<\/strong> y asegur\u00f3 que dar\u00e1 seguimiento al caso ante las instancias correspondientes.<\/p>\n
