Arturo Maximiliano Garc\u00eda se\u00f1al\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1n establecer horarios y mecanismos de aviso para reducir las afectaciones a mascotas, adultos mayores y personas neurodivergentes.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n

El coordinador de los diputados locales de Morena, Arturo Maximiliano Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 ante el Congreso de Quer\u00e9taro una iniciativa para regular los horarios en que los gobiernos estatal y municipales puedan utilizar fuegos artificiales durante eventos p\u00fablicos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El legislador explic\u00f3 que la propuesta busca establecer horarios espec\u00edficos y obligar a las autoridades a informar con anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong> sobre las fechas y momentos en que se realizar\u00e1n espect\u00e1culos con pirotecnia, ante las molestias que pueden generar las detonaciones durante la madrugada.<\/p>\n

“Escuchamos detonaciones a las cuatro y media de la ma\u00f1ana, donde empiezan los festejos, y tenemos que controlar tambi\u00e9n esa parte<\/strong>“, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Garc\u00eda indic\u00f3 que, aunque la regulaci\u00f3n de la pirotecnia corresponde principalmente al \u00e1mbito federal<\/strong>, considera que desde el estado pueden establecerse disposiciones para que las autoridades municipales y estatales hagan un uso m\u00e1s ordenado de estos artefactos.<\/p>\n

La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n contemplar\u00eda socializar previamente la informaci\u00f3n con la ciudadan\u00eda<\/strong>, con el prop\u00f3sito de que las familias puedan tomar las precauciones necesarias ante los eventos programados.<\/p>\n

“La intenci\u00f3n es que se sepan las fechas, que se respeten ciertos horarios y que se pueda socializar esto ante los ciudadanos para que sepan que se va a dar una situaci\u00f3n as\u00ed y tomen las precauciones adecuadas<\/strong>“, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

El diputado sostuvo que la regulaci\u00f3n permitir\u00eda reducir las afectaciones que las detonaciones provocan en mascotas, adultos mayores, personas con padecimientos card\u00edacos y poblaci\u00f3n neurodivergente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Cabe se\u00f1alar que en el Congreso local ya existe una propuesta que plantea prohibir el uso de pirotecnia en eventos gubernamentales<\/strong>; sin embargo, la iniciativa de Garc\u00eda busca establecer una alternativa enfocada en regular los horarios y la comunicaci\u00f3n previa de estos espect\u00e1culos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
