Intent\u00f3 escapar al notar la presencia de polic\u00edas estatales; llevaba un arma abastecida y no contaba con permiso para portarla<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h5>\n

Un hombre fue detenido por portaci\u00f3n ilegal de arma de fuego<\/strong> en el municipio de Jalpan de Serra<\/strong>, luego de que elementos de la Polic\u00eda Estatal (POES)<\/strong> lo sorprendieran ingiriendo bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica mientras portaba un arma.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con el reporte oficial, los hechos ocurrieron durante los recorridos de seguridad y vigilancia que realizaban los agentes en la zona, cuando detectaron a un individuo consumiendo alcohol en la calle y con un objeto que aparentaba ser un arma de fuego.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Al percatarse de la presencia de los polic\u00edas, el sujeto intent\u00f3 darse a la fuga<\/strong>, sin embargo, fue alcanzado metros m\u00e1s adelante, donde se le practic\u00f3 una inspecci\u00f3n conforme a los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Durante la revisi\u00f3n, los oficiales le aseguraron un arma de fuego abastecida con un cargador y 10 cartuchos \u00fatiles<\/strong>. Al ser cuestionado sobre la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente, el hombre reconoci\u00f3 que no contaba con la licencia para portar el arma<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, los elementos estatales procedieron a su detenci\u00f3n, le informaron sus derechos constitucionales y lo pusieron a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)<\/strong>, autoridad que dar\u00e1 seguimiento a las investigaciones y determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica conforme a la ley.<\/p>\n

La Polic\u00eda Estatal reiter\u00f3 que los operativos de vigilancia contin\u00faan de manera permanente en los municipios de Quer\u00e9taro con el objetivo de prevenir delitos y reforzar la seguridad<\/strong> en la entidad.<\/p>\n
