data-end=\"312\"><em><strong data-start=\"150\" data-end=\"312\">La Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones advierte que las l\u00edneas no vinculadas en tiempo y forma ser\u00e1n suspendidas y solo conservar\u00e1n acceso a emergencias<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n<p data-start=\"314\" data-end=\"571\">Las l\u00edneas telef\u00f3nicas de prepago que a\u00fan no han sido vinculadas deber\u00e1n cumplir con un <strong data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"474\">calendario obligatorio basado en el \u00faltimo d\u00edgito del n\u00famero celular<\/strong>, de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n difundida por la Comisi\u00f3n Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones (CRT).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"829\">El esquema establece fechas l\u00edmite entre agosto y diciembre: por ejemplo, los n\u00fameros que terminan en <strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"724\">0 y 1 deber\u00e1n vinculars<\/strong><strong data-start=\"675\" data-end=\"724\">e el 15 y 31 de agosto<\/strong>, mientras que los que terminan en <strong data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"811\">8 y 9 tendr\u00e1n como plazo el 15 y 31 de diciembre<\/strong>, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"829\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload_inited alignnone size-full wp-image-103662\" data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"1124\">La CRT inform\u00f3 que este proceso ya presenta avances importantes, con <strong data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"936\">63 millones de l\u00edneas vinculadas<\/strong>, de las cuales <strong data-start=\"952\" data-end=\"1018\">40.2 millones corresponden a prepago y 22.8 millones a pospago<\/strong>, estas \u00faltimas sin necesidad de tr\u00e1mite adicional por estar asociadas a un titular desde su contrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1410\">El organismo explic\u00f3 que la medida busca reforzar la seguridad y reducir el anonimato en la telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil, al se\u00f1alar que \u201c<strong data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1408\">cada n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico debe estar a nombre de una persona, a fin de eliminar el anonimato que ha permitido la comisi\u00f3n de delitos como fraude o extorsi\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1731\">De acuerdo con la autoridad, una vez vencido el plazo correspondiente, las compa\u00f1\u00edas telef\u00f3nicas suspender\u00e1n en un m\u00e1ximo de <strong data-start=\"1537\" data-end=\"1574\">72 horas las l\u00edneas no vinculadas<\/strong>, las cuales solo podr\u00e1n realizar llamadas a servicios de emergencia, atenci\u00f3n ciudadana o a la propia compa\u00f1\u00eda, adem\u00e1s de recibir alertas como las de sismo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1949\">La CRT precis\u00f3 que el proceso se realiza directamente con las empresas telef\u00f3nicas, ya que \u00fanicamente se asocia el nombre y la CURP del usuario al n\u00famero celular, sin intervenci\u00f3n de otras instancias gubernamentales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2165\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, se destac\u00f3 que las autoridades competentes podr\u00e1n solicitar informaci\u00f3n a las compa\u00f1\u00edas en caso de investigaciones por delitos, conforme a lo establecido en el C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1951\" data-end=\"2165\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><img decoding=\"async\"
