data-end=\"1020\">Durante la entrega de la propuesta legislativa, el alcalde sostuvo una reuni\u00f3n con el presidente de la Mesa Directiva de la Sexag\u00e9sima Primera Legislatura, <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Sinuh\u00e9 Piedragil<\/span><\/span>, donde <strong>expuso la necesidad de iniciativa y pidi\u00f3 respaldo para impulsar su an\u00e1lisis y eventual aprobaci\u00f3n en el Congreso local.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1254\" data-end=\"1429\">El edil afirm\u00f3 que la propuesta <strong data-start=\"1286\" data-end=\"1328\">no busca criminalizar a las juventudes<\/strong>, sino evitar que la edad se convierta en un mecanismo de impunidad frente a delitos de alto violaci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n en estructuras criminales cometidos por menores de edad<\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3 el alcalde, al se\u00f1alar que el marco legal debe fortalecerse para responder a esta problem\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1920\">Asimismo, adelant\u00f3 que<strong> sostendr\u00e1 reuniones con legisladores federales del PAN<\/strong> con el objetivo de llevar esta discusi\u00f3n al \u00e1mbito nacional y promover modificaciones legales en materia de seguridad y justicia para adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"2229\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Chepe Guerrero pidi\u00f3 que la propuesta sea analizada \u201c<strong data-start=\"1975\" data-end=\"2077\">no desde una perspectiva partidista, sino con la intenci\u00f3n de beneficiar a las familias queretanas<\/strong>\u201d, confiando en que tanto la Legislatura local como el Congreso federal eval\u00faen la iniciativa conforme
