Exigen justicia y se\u00f1alan inconsistencias en la versi\u00f3n oficial sobre la causa de muerte<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n

Familiares del \u00e1rbitro Jos\u00e9 Escalona<\/strong>, quien falleci\u00f3 el pasado 12 de abril durante un partido en el campo Los Olvera, en el municipio de Corregidora, aseguraron que su muerte no fue por causas naturales, sino consecuencia de una agresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de afirmar que gozaba de buena salud y no ten\u00eda vicios.<\/p>\n

Sus hijos, Sebasti\u00e1n y Jos\u00e9 Antonio Escalona Medina<\/strong>, contradijeron la versi\u00f3n del fiscal general del estado, V\u00edctor de Jes\u00fas Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el deceso habr\u00eda sido provocado por un esfuerzo f\u00edsico excesivo sin que existiera agresi\u00f3n alguna<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con el testimonio de la familia, el \u00e1rbitro se encontraba dirigiendo el encuentro cuando expuls\u00f3 a un jugador<\/strong>, lo que habr\u00eda detonado una reacci\u00f3n violenta. Seg\u00fan su versi\u00f3n, el futbolista lo agredi\u00f3 y posteriormente otros integrantes del equipo comenzaron a confrontarlo<\/strong>, oblig\u00e1ndolo a retirarse del lugar para resguardar su integridad.<\/p>\n

\u201cMi padre fue rodeado y tuvo que huir pr\u00e1cticamente para proteger su vida<\/strong>\u201d, relat\u00f3 Jos\u00e9 Antonio Escalona, quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estos hechos a\u00fan no han sido plenamente esclarecidos por las autoridades.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Los familiares tambi\u00e9n denunciaron que, hasta el momento, no han tenido acceso a la necropsia de ley ni a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, lo que ha generado incertidumbre sobre las causas reales del fallecimiento.<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el abogado del caso, Heriberto Flores<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de oficio por el delito de homicidio; sin embargo, indic\u00f3 que a\u00fan no cuentan con los elementos necesarios para conocer el avance del caso, por lo que esperan recibir la informaci\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas para proponer nuevas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En medio del dolor, la familia hizo un llamado a las autoridades para que se esclarezcan los hechos y se garantice justicia, adem\u00e1s de exigir que se refuercen las medidas de seguridad en ligas deportivas<\/strong>, donde \u2014aseguran\u2014 las agresiones contra \u00e1rbitros son frecuentes.<\/p>\n
